Our Day Community Opportunity Program in Rensselaer County (East Greenbush & Hoosick Falls), is seeking Direct Support Professionals. Do you want to have fun with our individuals who are independent within the community? We love to help them reach their goals by participating within the community, as well as volunteering to reach their short and long term goals. Great opportunity to grow and become part of a great team in Rensselaer County Day Community Program.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm.

Pay: $16/hour


Our Rensselaer County Site Base Day Habilitation Program (East Greenbush), is seeking Direct Support Professionals to work with individuals at our on-site day program setting. Activities are done on-site and off-site in the community.

Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm/8am-4pm.

Pay: $16-16.50/hour




Requirements:

We would like to speak with those that are:

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid NYS Driver's License for transporting individuals to community activities
