About the Role:The Class Catalyst Liaison is a dynamic position that combines expertise in Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) with customer success and sales skills. This role is crucial in supporting partner schools within the Chicago Public Schools (CPS) system, ensuring successful implementation of the Class Catalyst platform, and fostering enthusiasm for the program.
Primary Responsibilities:Partner School Implementation Support and Success- Work directly with partner schools to support the onboarding process for the Class Catalyst platform
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, teachers, and staff
- Provide in-person support through regular school visits and on-site training
- Deliver high-quality professional development sessions on SEL and platform usage
- Offer coaching and modeling to ensure effective implementation of SEL strategies in classrooms
- Monitor and support the implementation of Class Catalyst in all partner schools
- Analyze platform usage data and provide regular reports on implementation progress
- Identify areas for improvement and work with schools to optimize their use of the platform
- Create support materials such as webinars, presentations, and documentation
- Manage a support hotline for quick resolution of client issues
- Conduct engaging demonstrations of the Class Catalyst platform to potential clients
- Participate in sales meetings and webinars to showcase the platform's benefits
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new opportunities within CPS
- Contribute to the development of sales materials and strategies
- Provide content expertise to schools as part of their strategic planning for SEL initiatives
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of the Class Catalyst platform
- Document best practices, lessons learned, and success stories for sharing across the organization
- Participate in the School-wide Workplace Well-being Certification program as a speaker and co-presenter
- Contribute expertise to enhance the certification program's content and delivery
- Support schools in their journey towards achieving workplace well-being certification
- Support additional professional development opportunities as needed
- 3-5 years of experience working with youth in educational settings
- Strong understanding of social-emotional learning and its impact on student success
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Experience in delivering professional development or training
- Proficiency in Google Office products
- Master's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
- Experience with educational technology platforms or SaaS products
- Knowledge of Chicago Public Schools system and culture
- Background in customer success or account management
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
- Upbeat and positive attitude with a passion for education and student well-being
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Adaptability and flexibility in responding to various school environments and needs
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Creative problem-solving skills

- Public speaking and presentation skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly to schools within the Chicago area
- Flexibility to adjust work schedule to accommodate school needs and events
- The Class Catalyst Liaison will report to the Director of Class Catalyst.
