We are seeking an experienced and skilled line cook to join our team As a line cook, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes to our customers' satisfaction.

Job Duties:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to our restaurant's recipes and standards

- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the correct portion sizes, quality, and presentation

- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times

- Communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food preparation

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment

- Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed

- Collaborate with the chef to develop new menu items and specials

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a line cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment

- Knowledge of and experience with various cooking techniques and cuisines

- Ability to work in a team environment and effectively communicate with other kitchen staff

- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
