Responsibilities:
* Manage the product backlog, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery of projects
* Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements, tease out ambiguities, and document specifications
* Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, efficient, and reliable software solutions using React, JavaScript, and related technologies
* Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and industry norms
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with colleagues as needed
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in React, JavaScript, and related technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our products and services
* Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration

* Test and validate new off-the-shelf software offerings to validate technical capability vis a vis integration, security, and fit-for-purpose vs home built software

Requirements:

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in full-stack JavaScript development, with a strong focus on React, with a publicly accessible portfolio
* Proven expertise in designing, building, testing, and deploying scalable software solutions using React, JavaScript, and related technologies (e.g., Node.js, TypeScript)
* Excellent understanding of software development principles, patterns, and best practices
* Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management, and prioritization techniques
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
* Ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and projects
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Nice to Have:
* Experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries (e.g., Angular, Vue.js)
* Knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Ruby on Rails)
* Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)
* Certification in React or JavaScript development
* Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
