Concessions Attendant

We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-oriented concessions attendant to join our team and contribute to the exceptional experience we provide to our patrons at the poolside Grill.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Prepare and serve a variety of food items and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the concessions stand area, including food preparation and serving areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service to patrons, taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns or issues.
• Assist with restocking inventory, receiving deliveries, and maintaining proper stock levels of food and beverage supplies.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices.
• Friendly and outgoing personality, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.
