Key Responsibilities:
Data Modernization: Lead and implement data modernization projects, leveraging advanced technologies and methodologies to enhance data processing, storage, and retrieval systems.
API Integration: Develop and integrate APIs to streamline data access and improve interoperability across various platforms and systems.
Machine Learning and AI: Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI algorithms to solve complex business problems. Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) is highly desirable.
Data Analysis: Perform extensive data analysis to extract actionable insights, identify trends, and support data-driven decision-making processes.

Qualifications:
Education: Master's or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in data science, with a strong focus on data modernization, machine learning, and AI.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java. Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and NLP tools and techniques.
API Knowledge: Demonstrated experience in developing and integrating APIs.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).
Knowledge of database management systems and SQL.
Certification in data science or related fields is a plus.
