Do you enjoy spending more time with your patients? Our Occupational Therapist provide personalized One-to-One care that makes a noticeable difference in the lives of our patients. Our clinicians are the heart of our company - the BrightSTARS to our patients.

*PT Day position in the Escambia & Santa Rosa County areas


Occupational Therapist Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 care in the patient’s home.
  • Develop and implement an individualized treatment/care plan tailored to each patient’s needs.
  • Document and report patient’s progress and responses to treatment.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other healthcare providers, family members, staff etc. on plan of care, patient progress and goals.
  • Assess the home environment, especially as it relates to safety risks.


Occupational Therapist Qualifications:

  • An unencumbered license as an Occupational Therapist in state of practice.
  • One year of experience as an Occupational Therapist; preferably in home care.
  • A Level 2 AHCA Background Check.
  • A Valid BLS CPR (AHA) & 2-Step TB Skin Test or Chest X-Ray.
  • A Valid Driver's License & up to date Auto Insurance.
