Job DescriptionJob Description

Our Cloud Practice continues to grow and we are adding another Cloud Engineer to our team In this role, you will help engineer solutions for customers to migrate from an existing cloud environment or an existing premise-based equipment environment to a new cloud environment, or an update to their existing cloud environment. The successful hire will have experience rolling out and transforming business into the cloud utilizing all tools such as AWS, Azure, Google, etc.

Some responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Supporting the team in developing cloud specific service offerings for our customers
  • Planning, design development and migration of applications into the Cloud
  • Certified and has worked with cloud tools such as AWS, Google and Azure to build and migrate customers to this new environment from their existing environment, typically on-premise
  • Help support and create cloud adoption plans, cloud application design and cloud monitoring
  • Works at times in a pre-sales capacity as needed
  • Collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality cloud solutions
  • Develops thorough understanding of each account's industry and business
  • All other duties, as assigned

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based solutions using AWS services
  • Strong knowledge of AWS cloud architecture, services, and best practices
  • Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, etc.
  • Experience with DevOps tools and methodologies such as CI/CD, Git, Jenkins, etc.
  • AWS certification required (e.g., SysOps Associate, Developer Associate, etc.)
  • Ability to travel to customer sites as needed
