Job DescriptionJob Description```Role

As a Toolmaker / Mold Maker (also known as Tooling Technician, Mold Specialist), you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the plastic injection molds used in our production facility. Your daily duties will include troubleshooting tooling concerns, operating general tool room equipment, working on complex miniature components, reading blueprints, and mentoring apprentices and assistants.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma, trade school preferred.
  • Possession of Journeyperson card.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a Plastics Manufacturing Environment.
  • Strong mechanical ability and knowledge of Injection Mold Process / Tooling.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineer drawings.
