We are actively seeking a Journeyman Industrial Painter to join our team of talented people to help continue our tradition of innovation and market leadership. This position works out of our facility in Woodland, WA. Come and grow with us

As a Journeyman Industrial Painter, you will use professional painting equipment to prepare and paint industrial machinery and parts.

How you Will Make a Positive Impact:
  • Prepare metal parts and frames for painting by sanding, cleaning, masking, and arranging parts on racks and carts.
  • Operate painting equipment and overhead crane
  • Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
  • Wear the appropriate PPE including spray suits, safety glasses, respirators, and gloves and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
The Value You Bring:
  • High diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of experience using hvlp and pressure pot spray systems and how to clean and care for them.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience using overhead cranes for moving parts up to 5 tons.
  • Knowledge and experience using industrial grade water-based primers, paints, reducers, and related chemicals.
  • Knowledge and experience using industrial heated spray booths.
  • Computer skills to log time to jobs and search paint specifications for jobs
