Position Summary:
As an Office Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and processing all accounts payable activities. Your accuracy and efficiency will contribute directly to the financial health of our organization.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Process invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Maintain vendor accounts and reconcile monthly statements
  • Prepare and execute payment runs, including checks, wire transfers, and ACH payments
  • Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any discrepancies in billings and payments
  • Collaborate with purchasing and receiving departments to confirm goods and services have been received
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information
  • Assist in month-end closing and reporting procedures
  • Provide support to other accounting functions as required


Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
  • Knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office 365
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
