Must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while keeping up the good vibesPay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour + tipsImmediately join the Employee Tip Pool which averages an extra $5-7/per hour, which means you can make anywhere between $17-$21/ per hour**Plus 1 complimentary employee meal per shift**Job duties include:- Grill menu items in a timely manner to help FOH staff fulfill ordres- Maintain knowledge of the ingredients and preparation process of our food items.- Ensure that Neomonde’s food preparation processes, guidelines, and standards are being followed.- Guarantee that kitchen equipment is kept clean and in excellent working condition through personal inspection and by following the restaurant’s preventive maintenance programs.- Ensure that grilling, broiling, and frying are performed to our standard.- Keep BOH area well-stocked and clean while complying with safety and sanitary standards and procedures.- Ensure that product shortage and overproduction is avoided.If you fit this description and are excited about being part of a growing company, please respond to this posting.Thanks again for your interest and we look forward to hearing from you
