Job DescriptionJob DescriptionReliable Porters - Groundskeeper – Skilled Labor needed for Apartment Communities across Hoffman Estates Take advantage of our immediate openings with local, as well as nationally recognized properties. Don’t miss the Opportunity to advance your Career Job Description:
  • Pick up trash & debris from grounds
  • Assist in trash-outs and general property clean up
  • Power washing sidewalks, buildings, etc.
  • Check smoke alarms & replace batteries as necessary
  • Replace switch plates, light bulbs & air conditioning filters
  • Familiar with painting (by roller and spray gun)
  • Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment
  • Knowledge of pool chemicals a plus
Must meet the following qualifications:
  • Possess a valid I.D.
  • Have reliable transportation
  • Willing to submit to a background check
  • The ability to safely lift 50 pounds
