  The Marketing Communications Assistant at FreshFormDraft will play a key role in supporting our marketing and communications efforts. This entry-level position is ideal for a creative and organized individual who is eager to develop their skills in marketing, content creation, and brand management. The Marketing Communications Assistant will work closely with the marketing team to help execute campaigns, create content, and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year
Schedule: Full Time, Monday to Friday

   Fresh Form Draft is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Entry Level Marketing Assistant  to support our marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in creating and distributing marketing materials, managing communication channels, and tracking campaign performance 
Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Create and edit marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials
  • Monitor and analyze marketing efforts, providing regular reports and insights
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Support social media efforts by creating and scheduling content across various platforms
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events and trade shows


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems (CMS).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, email marketing, and PPC.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design skills (experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative on individual projects.
