Robot Programmer

Since 1983, HTI Cybernetics® has provided intelligent manufacturing solutions that support and enhance production, including automation systems, material handling solutions, assembly tooling, and collaborative robotics.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Program, set up, troubleshoot Fanuc Robots: Material Handling + Vision + MIG Welding, Spot Welding and Collaborative.
  • Research and development along with applying best practice for vision applications and fastening peripheral equipment.
  • Travel to customer sites to install robotic and vision systems.
  • Any other duties assigned by the Manager as needed.
Requirements:

Education/Skills Required:

  • 3+ years of experience in programming Fanuc material handling and welding robots required.
  • Must be GRS (General Motors) Certified and Fanuc DCS Certified.
  • Prefer experience with vision systems.
  • Must be able and willing to travel 40% of the time within the US and Canada.
