We assist our clients with their brand exposure by providing unique and creative sales and marketing campaigns that seek the highest ROI and sales revenue. This year, we are targeting the largest growth we have seen, and a big part of that is our Manager In Training Team. Our Manager in Training team was specially curated to provide our major clients with never-ending support and solutions. 

Because of this, we are searching for a dedicated and hungry Manager In Training to work with our customer base to close the sales cycle on new and existing product inquiries. We are looking for our  next Manager In Training position to be filled by someone hungry, driven, and dedicated to learning the ropes at an entry level and growing within our team.

Manager In Training Daily Responsibilities:

  • Communicate product features and benefits directly to inquiring customers throughout the sales process
  • Learn to analyze our targeted customers by utilizing specific territory and demographic research
  • Seek out new sales opportunities and employ the benefit of cross-selling approved products
  • Be a skilled expert at market and territory research, connecting with our targeted audiences, increasing quality engagements, and brand profitability
  • Dedication to achieving high closing sales rates through overturning objections and utilizing negotiation tactics
  • Work with other Managers In Training and the Senior Manager to ensure all goals for our clients are met

Skills Needed For Success As Our Manager In Training:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Management, Leadership, Account Management, Sales, or Customer Service position is highly desired
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Tenacity, grit, and a dedication to professionalism
  • A student mentality and the drive to succeed and gain new skill sets
  • Approachable and a positive, empathetic demeanor
