Postion Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated MRI Technologist to join our team. As an MRI Technologist, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality imaging services to our patients. You will operate MRI equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients' internal organs, tissues, and bones for medical interpretation.

Responsibilities:

Job Duties:

1. Perform MRI scans on patients in accordance with physician orders and established protocols.
2. Prepare patients for MRI procedures by explaining the process, answering questions, and addressing concerns to ensure their comfort and cooperation.
3. Position patients correctly and safely on the MRI table, utilizing immobilization devices when necessary to obtain optimal images.
4. Operate MRI equipment and adjust parameters to capture high-quality diagnostic images.
5. Monitor patients during scans to ensure their safety and well-being.
6. Evaluate MRI images for quality and completeness, ensuring all necessary anatomical structures are properly visualized.
7. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed.
8. Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to review images, discuss findings, and assist in patient care planning.
9. Perform routine maintenance and quality control checks on MRI equipment to ensure proper functionality and compliance with regulatory standards.
10. Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to minimize risks associated with MRI procedures and equipment.

Qualifications:

- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)

- Florida State License (required)

- 1 Year of Experience (required)
