Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Assist customers with RMA requests, answer inquiries, and educate them on processes.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with management and project teams to identify gaps, design new processes, and develop performance measures.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate SLA shortfalls, collect data, and analyze performance metrics.
