Job Summary

Collaborative ABA Services, LLC is expanding their leadership team to include an Assistant Clinical Director/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) The Assistant Clinical Director/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will be responsible for working closely with the Leadership Team to assist in overseeing and managing the operations of ABA programming to ensure the best possible patient outcomes. The Assistant Clinical Director/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will work collaboratively with staff, families, and community providers to maintain the positive culture and mission of Collaborative ABA Services, LLC. The Assistant Clinical Director/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will also assist the Clinical Directors in managing and overseeing behavior management and skill acquisition protocols, and staff training.

Job Duties
The Assistant Clinical Director/Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will assist the Leadership Team
in the following:
  • Review funder reports (e.g., assessments, treatment plans, behavior plans) submitted by BCBAs to ensure clinical integrity.
  • Oversee parent and staff training to promote professional growth in the principles of
    Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Co-facilitate staff meetings including biweekly BCBA team meetings.
  • Assist Clinical Directors in following up with BCBAs to ensure timeliness of submission
    of funder reports and monthly progress reports.
  • Conduct Fidelity checks (e.g., monthly BCBA Fidelity Reviews, Behavior Technician
    Reviews, etc..) to improve and maintain high quality of care.
  • Assist with the interview and hiring process of new staff including BCBAs, BCaBAs, and
    Behavior Technicians.
  • Assist in problem-solving concerns of patients, staff, and other key stakeholders.
  • Manage and oversee modified caseload of clients
  • Conduct clinical assessments (e.g., skill based and behavior reduction) to guide the
    development of programming based on Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Participate in trainings to promote professional development and quality ABA services to
    clients.
  • Collaborate with clients, staff, and other key stakeholders to promote positive treatment
    outcomes.
  • Additional duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications
  • Expertise in program design, oversight, and management of staff.
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback and be receptive to feedback from staff to
    promote growth and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Education: A minimum of a Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related
    field.
  • Current BCBA Certification and Licensed Behavior Analyst in Connecticut
  • A minimum of 3 years supervisory experience including supervision of BCBAs,
    BCaBAs, and RBTs as indicated by the BACB.
  • Previous experience working with children/adolescents with special needs including
    Autism using ABA focused interventions as a BCBA in the home and community
    settings.
  • Previous experience managing caseloads and specialized projects to benefit treatment
    outcomes.

Physical Demands
