Here at Discovery ABA in Nevada, we offer our full-time Lead BCBAs the chance to make a difference in children's lives through behavioral analysis therapy.

Our team of compassionate board certified behavioral analysts are well taken care of with a competitive pay range between $70 and $90 an hour. We also provide these Lead BCBAs with flexible hybrid schedules to choose from, 10 am to 6 pm or 12 pm to 8 pm.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a Lead BCBA, your days are filled with impactful moments shaping the lives of children. You thrive on collaborating with a dedicated management team to craft personalized behavior intervention plans, guiding our talented behavior technicians for seamless implementation. Your expertise in behavioral analysis is evident as you conduct assessments, analyze data, and tailor interventions, ensuring tangible progress every step of the way.

Your exceptional communication skills as a board certified behavioral analyst take center stage as you lead meetings with families and interdisciplinary teams, using data-driven insights to elevate outcomes. With a finger on the pulse of the latest research, you're continuously honing your skills to deliver top-notch care. Advocating for evidence-based interventions and upholding ethical standards are the cornerstones of success in this dynamic behavioral analysis therapy role.
