We are currently looking to immediately hire an Asset Manager Technician to assist the on-site Asset Manager.


Job requirements:


  • Assist in overseeing government offices/departments to ensure all assigned property is accounted for;
  • Assist with surplus property;
  • Assist with adding new equipment and barcoding;
  • Perform Quarterly Inventory Audits;
  • Perform Annual Inventory Audits;
  • Provide guidance on how to maintain and update property items that leave the building;
  • Provide guidance to on how to transfer property items;
  • Assist with various other tasks that meet our requirement;
  • Analyze workflow, develop and document standard operating procedures
  • Participate and attend regular client and company meetings as requested.
  • Work closely with the Asset Manager on any tasks as required
  • Work on any and all other assigned tasks


Qualifications:


  • Able to walk/move around the facility for long duration
  • Move and lift equipment as needed around the facility. Be able to lift up to 30 Lbs
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Two to Three years of experience in the field of asset or inventory management assistance
  • High school degree a must, associates of Bachelor's preferred
  • Good people and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Provide Facilities assistance such as: Mail, placement of copier paper in building and placement of bins.
  • Pickup and transport surplus equipment to surplus room.
  • Complete and process PSC and RDC HHS’22 forms.
  • Provide Excel spreadsheets and additional reports to APO and Assets Manager as needed.
  • Team Player
  • Must adhere to General Safety regulations at the workplace  
  • Must adhere to Company policies as stipulated in the Handbook
