Job Summary:
Bay Ridge Subaru is seeking an Automotive Biller to join our team in Brooklyn, New York. This is a full-time, hourly administrative position in the automotive industry. As an Automotive Biller, you will be responsible for handling billing and administrative tasks related to vehicle sales and services. This is an individual contributor role, and the ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $20 per hour, paid weekly. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, paid time off, employee discounts, and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately prepare and process vehicle sales and service invoices
- Enter vehicle sales and service transactions into billing systems
- Review and verify all billing information for accuracy
- Communicate with customers about billing and payment inquiries
- Process and track payments from customers and maintain records
- Prepare and submit necessary paperwork for vehicle registration and titling
- Work closely with the finance team and sales team to ensure accuracy of transactions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state and federal regulations related to vehicle sales and services

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive billing or accounting
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with billing software
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to vehicle sales and services
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
