Job Description
We are currently seeking a motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team at Keller Williams. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. As a Real Estate Agent, your daily tasks will include conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, providing market insights, and delivering outstanding customer service throughout the entire real estate process.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property showings and open houses
- Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth transactions
- Stay up-to-date with local real estate market trends
- Provide accurate market analysis and pricing recommendations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
Qualifications:
- Valid Real Estate License
- Prior experience in real estate or sales is preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Knowledge of local regulations and laws related to real estate
