Job Purpose: As the Marketing Manager North America (NA), you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing the marketing commercial strategy for the North American region. Working closely with the regional sales team and global marketing, you will ensure alignment with overall business and sales objectives. Your responsibilities will span from operational marketing planning to campaign execution, product conceptualization, and performance analysis, all with the aim of driving business growth.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, business development, and revenue growth.
  • Contribute to the development of the Long Term Plan for the Probi brand, including situational analysis, target group definition, positioning, and brand architecture.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the global marketing strategy for the region, in alignment with Global Marketing & Regional Sales objectives.
  • Define, plan, implement, and evaluate NA-specific marketing investments, campaigns, and activities to reach new customers and increase market share.
  • Manage NA-specific tradeshows, sponsorships, and advertising activities, ensuring strong follow-up on metrics.
  • Utilize market research, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to support sales strategies and identify market opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams, supporting customer meetings and presentations.
  • Assist B2B customers in positioning Probi products and provide market intelligence support.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams for new product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Develop and implement NA-specific digital marketing strategies and activities in collaboration with the Global Digital Marketing Manager.
  • Recommend and manage the marketing budget for the region.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and consumer insights.
  • Monitor, optimize, and report on the performance of marketing initiatives against goals and objectives.
  • Report key projects to senior management and collaborate with external stakeholders such as advertising agencies and trade organizations.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or similar.
  • 10+ years of proven experience in Professional Marketing within FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Dietary Supplements.
  • Passion for marketing, business development, and improving human health worldwide.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Understanding of media landscape including digital, print, and social media.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across different geographies and time zones.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a creative team player.
