Day in the Life: (includes, but is not limited to)

  • Trains to be familiar with FOH workstations to include greeting guests, in-person and on the phone, taking orders in our POS system for cash and card transactions 
  • Helps deliver our promise of Amazing Food by keeping all workstations clean, organized, and following health, safety, and sanitation guidelines 
  • Delivers gold standard experiences to all customers by being genuine and friendly, resolving any questions, concerns, or complaints that may arise 
  • Contributes as needed to wider Wings Over efforts to achieve store goals and sales growth 
  • Maintains regular and punctual attendance 
  • Maintains a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the Wings Over uniform and adhering to our Wings Over dress code 
  • Other related duties as assigned 

What You Bring To The Table:

  • Legal US work authorization 
  • Flexible Schedule - Available nights, holidays, and weekends 
  • Passion for food and customer service 
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively 
  • Ability to multitask and problem solve 
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and can stand for long periods of time
