Job Title: Sales Specialist

Job Description: Vallejo CDJR is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Specialist to join our team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the right vehicle to suit their needs and ensuring a smooth sales process from start to finish. You will represent our brand with enthusiasm and professionalism, striving to exceed customer expectations and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle preferences and budgetary requirements.
  • Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits effectively.
  • Provide accurate information on pricing, options, warranties, and financing options.
  • Close sales and achieve monthly quotas as set by management.
  • Follow up with prospective customers and maintain relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, accessories, financing options, and incentives.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the automotive industry preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
