Professional Security Alliance, Inc. dba PSA, The PSA Network, and Edge located in Westminster, Colorado, is the world's largest systems integrator consortium. This Marketing Coordinator position will be responsible for supporting day-to-day marketing operations for PSA and Edge promotions. This position requires the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced environment. We are seeking a candidate with proven success in deploying strategic plans leading to high engagement rates. This position reports to the Marketing Team Lead. Starting at $22.00 - $26.00 per hour.
 
We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive compensation package which includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K, flex spending and PTO to full-time employees. For those working out of our corporate headquarters, we have a business casual working environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations for PSA/Edge promotions
  • Monitor and track trade journals and online publications for coverage
  • Collect and assemble digital marketing metrics
  • Assist in content updates for PSA, Edge and respective event websites
  • Support social media strategy, campaigns, content creation and implementation
  • Manage day-to-day moderation for social media 
  • Responsible for designing and sending e-mails
  • Support onboarding processes for new members
  • Manage and maintain email lists and contact database while generating growth 
  • Other duties as assigned. Employees are required to follow all job-related directives and perform other tasks as requested by their supervisor
Travel
  • Minimal travel to select events / meetings per year
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations or related field or equivalent years of related work experience
  • Three years progressive experience in marketing is preferred
  • Exceptional marketing generalist with the ability to execute and deliver creative initiatives
  • Skillset in Adobe Creative Suite (including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Constant Contact, Klaviyo or other marketing automation tool, and Microsoft Office suite preferred
  • Basic knowledge of WordPress, HTML and video production
  • Adept at anticipating, assessing and translating company needs into actionable tactics
  • Excellent grasp of new and emerging marketing practices and approaches and ability to find unique and distinctive ways to leverage them in marketing programs
  • Proficient use of marketing analytic tools to measure impact of marketing initiatives
