Position Summary:

The Dishwasher supports service team through the effective and efficient operation of our dish washing needs and sanitation. Maintains kitchen work areas and restaurant equipment and utensils in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

Major Responsibilities:

• Arrive on time and well groomed
• Ensure that the floors, walls, counters, etc are clean, dry and safe
• Wash all pots, pans, dishes, glassware and silverware in accordance with Health and Safety requirements and so as to maintain them in excellent condition
• Wash your hands frequently with soap and warm water and dry them with new paper hand towels
• Make time to help the cooks with prep work such as juicing of fruit and preparing of vegetables
• Maintain your station in clean orderly condition

Qualifications:

• Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Previous experience is preferred
• Be a team player
• Have a positive attitude
• Look for opportunities to learn and advance
• Complete tasks and projects delegated by supervisor and assist other departments as business volumes and staff level demand
