Block Restaurant in Provo, UT is looking for talented cooks to join out team. Our kitchen prides itself on using top quality ingredients used in unique and creative ways. From dinner and prefix menus, to tapas style plates for our new cocktail lounge, our kitchen staff is enthusiastic about cuisine and technique. We are located on 3330 N University Ave. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.

Responsibilities

  • Set up workstations
  • Cook dishes to business standards
  • Follow health and safety guidelines
  • Prepare ingredients for use during shift


Qualifications

  • Proven working experience as a cook
  • Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
