Salary Range: $14/hr
Reports to: Golf Course Manager and Food and Beverage Manager
Date: August 2024
Summary
Under the direction and supervision of the Golf Course Manager and Food and Beverage Manager, the Beverage Cart and Concession Bartending staff are primarily responsible for serving food and beverages on and off course to our guests.
Essential Duties

- Performs food and beverage functions on and off course
- Responsible for proper payment and day end balance
- Monitor alcohol consumption for guest safety
- Checks I.D.’s to establish legal drinking age
- Relate to the public in a polite and professional manner
- Prepare and serve food
- Restock items as needed
- Assure that equipment is operable and clean each shift
- Maintain cleanliness utilizing sanitation procedures
- Complete inventory of product
- Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.
- Responsible for recognizing guests that are visibly intoxicated and taking action to cut off alcohol to such individuals.
Hours
May require days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Seasonal March through November

Position may work indoors or outdoors in various weather conditions and temperatures
Physical Demands
The employee is regularly required to: talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to touch, handle, grasp, push, pull, and lift up to 50lbs. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Must be able to withstand a range of outside weather conditions (heat/cold, rain/snow, sunlight etc.)
Education and Experience
High School education or equivalent (GED)
Additional Eligibility Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Food Handlers Certification must be obtained upon hire
On Premise Bassett training must be obtained upon hire
