  • Cook Base Wage + Tips = about $17.50-$21.00/hour: As a cook, you'll earn a $12.50/hour base wage, which bumps up to $13/hour after initial training. Your tips will be paid out at the end of your shift, and typically average $4-$8/hour. We also add $1/hour for any time worked after 11pm and and time worked on Sundays. All this combined, and you can expect an average hourly take-home pay of about $17.50-$21.00/hour.
