At Hexagon Agility Inc., we are seeking an Installation Associate I with exceptional attention to detail to join our world-class installation team in Salisbury, NC, USA. In an Installation role, this unique opportunity offers a chance to contribute to the flawless production of our innovative products.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to ensure the successful and timely installation of our products
  • Follow strict guidelines and procedures to ensure the highest quality standards are met
  • Assist in troubleshooting of installed systems to ensure they are fully functional
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records of installation processes
  • CNG and LNG fuel system installations on med and heavy-duty vehicles
  • On the job training to perform system installations by chassis prep and system mount, soft line routing, electrical connections, hardline tube routing, pressure testing system and in-process inspection
  • Use of power tools such as impact guns, torque wrenches and mag drills
  • Measures, cuts and bends stainless steel tubing for hardline routing
  • Using forklift to move systems as needed
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or installation role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work with precision
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a strong desire to excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected challenges
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with colleagues
