Easterseals Adult Day Health Services is seeking a motivated and energetic Activity Assistant in our New Castle and Smyrna locations respectively.

Basic Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating with participants and families
  • Providing personal care such as toileting
  • Assistance with meals
  • Promoting independence through implementing recreational activities for persons with physical disabilities, older adults and those requiring memory care assistance
Qualifications:

The candidate should have experience using electronic health records and understanding of MS Word and Excel. Memory care experience is a preferred. Strong written and verbal skills are essential. Licensed CNA preferred. Adult Day experience is a plus and a current Delaware driver’s license is required.
