POSITION:The Systems Analyst’s role is to assist in the planning, design, development, and launching of efficient information systems and operations systems in support of core organizational functions. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills to help communicate and resolve systems issues in order to maximize the benefit of Business Systems investments. Assist the Business Systems Manager in the research of new information technology and its application to business systems.
DUTIES:1. Analyze business initiatives and develop supporting methods and processes under the direction of the Business Systems Manager2. Assist the Business Systems Manager and others in the development, maintenance and testing of disaster recovery plans in connection with the use of information systems components critical to business3. Understand and maintain manufacturing systems software; to include batch processing, packaging, inventory, purchasing and quality control functions, support the users in the use of the specific software at all divisions4. Develop and maintain both system level and external reporting tools to allow associates to utilize the information that is stored in global systems5. Develop system/program logic diagrams, application requirement specifications and other documentation materials associated with systems development methodologies6. Evaluate and prepare modification for existing information systems software and hardware components to reflect additions and changes in system definitions7. Carry out the design, development, testing and implementation of recommended and approved information system changes
REQUIREMENTS:

• One or more years of proven experience as a Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role. Four-year IT-related degree preferred.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server, Infor M3, Labvantage LIMS, 3E software, and other relevant technologies.
• Strong troubleshooting skills to assist in user support and other help desk functions as required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with metadata structures and best practices for data governance.
• Proficiency in regression analysis, machine learning, and AI techniques.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
