Further Your Career by cross-training in mammography. Our Multi-Modality Technologist Trainees will receive hands-on training while working side-by-side with a seasoned Rezolut technologist. Trainees will perform their clinical training within one of our Rezolut imaging centers Monday - Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Upon completion of training and once you have secured your State Mammography License, you will become a full-time mammography technologist with Rezolut.

As a Mammography Technologist you will:

  • Perform high-quality digital mammography exams.
  • Monitor the patient's well-being during exams and take appropriate action if you recognize any patient discomfort or medical problem.
  • Guide patients through the mammogram process using the utmost care and compassion and address their questions and concerns throughout the exam procedure.
  • Respond to physician needs/questions regarding patients and assist radiologists with patient procedures when necessary.
  • Participate in projects and/or meetings, and complete other tasks as assigned by management.


Requirements:

We're looking for experienced and professional licensed radiology technologists with a strong desire to cross-train in mammography and have the potential to independently perform all outpatient mammography exams and procedures with high-quality results.


If you're the right person for this opportunity, you will have the following qualifications:

  • A current Arizona State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology and ARRT (R) certification.
  • BLS certification is issued through the American Heart Association.
  • The passion and ability to learn new skills in advanced radiology procedures such as Tomosynthesis, biopsies, and Mammographic procedures.
  • Are resilient, adaptable, and compassionate.
  • Present a calm and friendly demeanor, while delivering a professional and positive healthcare delivery experience.
  • Able to take appropriate action quickly and calmly in emergent situations.

Once hired, you will be required to:

  • Complete a 40-hour initial Mammography Training Course Webinar with an additional 8 hours of training in digital (3D) mammography (Rezolut will cover your tuition).
  • Pass the Arizona State Mammography Licensing Exam (Rezolut will cover the cost of the exam).
  • Maintain no less than a 40-hour work week performing Mammographic Procedures
