PAY RATE: $25-$27/hr

LOCATION: Denver, CO

WORK SCHEDULE: Hybrid; 3 in office, 2 home

ROLE

The Deductions Analyst is responsible for maintaining customer accounts in good standing through disputes management. Specifically, they resolve customer deductions in accordance with industry standards, customer policy and business rules. This role will perform root cause analyses, manage dispute reason codes, secure deductions back-up documentation, submit vendor claims and place referrals to the appropriate approval centers.

· Research and resolve account discrepancies to include unidentified customer deductions, chargebacks, bill-backs, unauthorized products and quantity/pricing variances

· Secure supporting documents to resolve payment disputes (i.e. Proof of Deliveries, Bill of Ladings, invoices, pricing review findings/approvals, historical communications, post-audit detail, etc)

· Collaborate deductions statuses with the Collections Team

· File claims per customer policy (portals, mail, email) in a timely manner to ensure prompt payment

· Identify open unapplied cash credits; clear against appropriate debit balances

Qualifications:

· Currently assigned or has worked Accounts Receivables with a strong background in customer disputes resolution

· MUST have someone with a background in Accounting or Deductions, SAP, Excel.

· A true deep diver with a research mindset

· Advanced analytical, reconciliation, problem-solving and Excel skillsets

· Must live in the Denver metro area

· SAP or High Radius experience is a plus

Requirements:

Accounting or analytical background | Pricing Specialist/review short pays, contact customer for support or assistance in repay. | Deduction Management Experience. | Collections/AR | Customer Service/ Client Support | Team manager or trainer/AR-team lead | High Radius Knowledge/navigate Deductions-Payments-Collections/heavy research required. | SAP-S4 | Customer portals and claims submissions.
