Galerie Candy & Gifts is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in social media, Influencer Marketing, SEO, and Media Outreach to join our growing creative team


This role will report to the Director of Marketing and will be vital to growing Galerie’s digital footprint. The Digital Marketing Specialist will manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, plan and execute social media posts, work with influencers in the sweets and snacks space, and grow media awareness for galeriecandy.com and the Retail Store in Hebron, Kentucky.


  • Create and execute ongoing digital marketing campaigns
  • Work with digital agency partners, monitoring and optimizing search campaigns
  • Build and Maintain companies social calendar
  • Work with design team to develop and post creative content
  • Work collaboratively with e-commerce, marketing, licensing, and creative on new strategies for social outreach.
  • Manage day-to-day implementation and upkeep of social channels
  • Look for opportunities for partnership — both to build Galerie awareness and to promote Galerie as a good community steward
  • Maintain and Build Influencer contacts and strategies.
  • Communicate with existing Galerie influencers to maintain relationships and identify opportunities.
  • Seek out new Influencers and opportunities for Partnership.
  • Promotion of Galerie Retail store
  • Work with local media for paid sponsorships and advertising.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred or equivalency
  • Minimum of two years of experience in item data, SEO, social management or PR is preferred
  • Strong Knowledge of Social Media Platforms
  • Experience with Google Analytics a Plus
