Job Summary:

We are currently seeking 3 candidates to fill our entry level Marketing Event Assistant positions. As a Marketing Event Assistant, you will meet one on one with potential customers to develop relationships and grow our client base. Our company is looking for someone who is committed to growing their career in the sales and business development field.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be able to meet individual sales quotas and help train others to do the same.
  • Learn sales team leadership and development and implement at our private site events.
  • Promote and sell products to current and potential customers within a defined geographical retail event space.
  • Use functional and technical knowledge of our clients’ products to meet or exceed customer needs.
  • Establish and maintain excellent communication and sound working relationships with co-workers.
  • Ensure the clients brand awareness strategy is implemented and overall market share is positively impacted as a result.
  • Actively participate in scheduled company sales meetings, district and regional conference calls and other business meetings.

Qualification:

  • 2+ years of sales or customer service experience
  • Experience in face to face working environments
  • Ability to influence decision makers and close sales
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • The drive to succeed and the ability to thrive in a dynamic sales environment
