Pump Rental & Tree Care Sales Rep (Full Time)

Parman Tractor & Equipment is looking for a new Pump Rental & Tree Care Sales Rep to join their team The role of the Pump Rental & Tree Care Sales Rep is to generate new equipment sales and rentals for both pump rental and tree care product lines, growing and managing a base of rental business as well as marketing. This role will spend a majority of time away form the office traveling throughout Middle Tennessee. Periodic time in office to be expected as well.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with large volume lease/rental customers
  • provide weekly and monthly sales reports to management as required
  • Achieve budgetary objectives as present. Utilization of CRM.
  • Any other duties that are assigned by management

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of related experience in the equipment industry and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • College education is preferred, but not required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • PC skills required along with experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Adheres to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Company's handbook and training manuals as well as company policies, procedures, and guidelines that are added and/or revised as necessary
