Job Title: Business Finance Manager

Job Location: Spring, Texas

Job Duties: Work in collaboration with the Managing Director, Americas and the Director of Operations to monitor, analyze and improve business performance of operations. Own the setup and maintenance of projects in CMiC accounting system in accordance with contract terms and accounting policies, including rate schedule and customer billing requirements during the project cycle from project initiation to project closeout. Monitor financial performance of projects and review all domestic and international project transactions for accuracy and completeness, ensure that cost and revenue are recognized in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and project profitability is maximized. Ensure invoicing to clients are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Partner with Client and Project managers to ensure that payments are collected according to the payment terms to achieve cash flow targets. Identify areas of potential project gross margin improvements, ensure accurate recovery of all costs as defined in the contract and ensure non-billable costs are minimized. Gather project accruals and provisions information as needed and ensure that month-end reporting is in accordance with IFRS. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of month end results to Filipino parent company’s headquarters. Work with Project Manager, Project Controllers, and Billing Coordinators to improve project administration processes and effectiveness. Produce various monthly project status reports and analysis and provide reports to Project Manager as required. Support project procurement process; oversee project logistics and worker deployment; collaborate with ADP (payroll system) and CMiC as well as AG&P team members to understand requirements in the software and how it relates to execution at AG assess opportunities to further enhance the business process through integrations; and train the employees on use of ADP and CMiC in an AG&P context. Support budgeting and forecasting process as required; supervise all general accounting processes such as Account Payables, Bank reconciliations and Employee expenses management utilizing Concur. Design and prepare audit schedules for external audit processors. Review company and project processes and procedures and recommended procedural progress to AG&P leadership. Participate in target pricing and costing activities to create proposals and sales which meet and exceed predetermined leadership goals. Compile key business metrics and report on them to management. Report to management on variances from the established budget, and the reason for those variances.

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or closely related field and 3 years of experience as an accountant or related occupation with a multinational company. Must have 3 years of experience working with multinational teams across country, cultural and organizational boundaries. Must have a CPA license.
