Job Description: We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Turn Painter to join our team in South Bend, IN. As a Turn Painter, you'll play a crucial role in preparing our properties for new tenants. Your painting expertise and attention to detail will ensure our properties always look their best.

Responsibilities:


  • Prepare, paint, and clean up work areas in assigned turn houses or apartments
  • Order, inventory, and manage paint and supplies
  • Maintain all invoices and receipts for maintenance administration
  • Assist the Turn Supervisor with various projects as needed
  • Make minor drywall repairs as necessary
  • Keep accurate notes and follow up in Meld and PW
  • Collaborate with the turn team to meet schedules
  • Execute tasks in PropertyWare and EOS proficiently
Requirements:


  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for long periods
  • Reliable vehicle for travel between properties
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Nice to Have:


  • Previous painting or drywall experience (a huge plus)
  • Experience with property management software (PropertyWare, EOS)
What We Offer:


  • Competitive hourly rate: $17 - $22 per hour (we pay for skilled labor)
