In this entry-level role, you'll have the chance to acquire the knowledge and experience necessary for advancement to management positions, all while working under the guidance of seasoned professionals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Learn various staff functions, including operations, management perspectives, and company rules and practices impacting each phase of business.
  • Meet performance goals and objectives set by upper management upon accepting the position.
  • Provide regular updates on the status of goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with management and key trainers to monitor performance progress.
  • Observe experienced workers to understand methods, procedures, and standards necessary for departmental jobs.
  • Train in comparable department duties and processes for increased transferability between departments and enhanced promotional prospects.
  • Assist in multiple departments as needed, including reporting, data input, presentation design, strategy planning, and customer service.
