NC Programmer
Position Summary:We are seeking a motivated and skilled NC Programmer to join our team as. In this role, you will be responsible for programming and managing the production of components using Visi CAD/CAM software. Additionally, you will design NC holding fixtures, create setup/tooling sheets, and ensure quality standards are met during production runs. You will play a key role in managing assigned jobs and materials using Epicor ERP software. $28-$32/hour (Wage dependent on experience and amount of training needed. Shift times for this position: 1st shift: 6:00am to 2:30pm must be open to working up until 4:30 when needed. (Monday – Friday & ½ day on Saturday)Position Responsibilities:
  • NC program components based on provided data/prints using Visi CAD/CAM software.
  • Design and NC program NC holding fixtures using Visi CAD/CAM software.
  • Create setup and tooling sheets to facilitate operators' setup processes.
  • Work closely with operators to manage production runs, answer questions, and ensure quality requirements are met.
  • Utilize Epicor ERP software for managing assigned jobs, including tasks such as ordering materials, implementing engineering workflow methods, and monitoring part demand to assist in scheduling.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in using Visi CAD/CAM software for NC programming and fixture design.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to create setup/tooling sheets to aid operators.
  • Knowledge of Epicor ERP software for job and material management (training provided if necessary).
  • Experience in managing production runs and ensuring quality standards.
