Financial Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for analyzing financial data, evaluating investment opportunities, and providing insights to support decision-making processes. Responsibilities:

- Analyze financial data and trends to provide forecasting support.

- Study and interpret business and economic trends to inform investment decisions.

- Determine company valuations by examining financial statements and conducting comprehensive analysis.

- Develop profit and loss models to assess financial performance.

- Conduct cost analysis on various financial programs and operations to identify areas for improvement.

- Perform month-end client valuation for assigned funds and provide accurate reporting.

- Research and assess offshore and domestic fund options to diversify investment portfolios.

- Resolve accounting errors in a timely manner and maintain proper documentation.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

- Proven experience in financial analysis, investment research, or related roles.

- Strong understanding of economic trends, political factors, and regulatory environments affecting investments.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret large amounts of financial data.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, including profit and loss analysis and valuation techniques.

- Advanced spreadsheet skills and proficiency in financial analysis software.

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly and concisely.

- Ability to make sound investment recommendations based on thorough analysis and evaluation.

- Strong decision-making skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards.

- 3 to 5 years of experience is required.
