Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and experienced BCBA Child Behavior Analyst to join our team in North Augusta, SC. The ideal candidate will be committed to evidence-based practices and responsible for conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior intervention plans, and overseeing their implementation. The role also includes training and supervising behavior technicians and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver effective client services.

Position Highlights:

  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (No evenings)
  • Compensation: $85,000 per year with planned annual increases
  • PTO: 120 hours per year, 8 paid holidays, and up to 40 additional PTO hours for anniversaries

  • Training: Collaborative sessions with our Training & Development BCBA, including Mindset, CPR & First Aid, and more
  • Supervision: No-cost supervision for those pursuing BCBA or BCaBA

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in behavior analytic services
  • Knowledge of evidence-based interventions for Autism Spectrum Disorder and related disabilities
  • Proficiency in designing, implementing, and monitoring behavior intervention plans
  • Experience in conducting functional behavior assessments and writing reports
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership abilities and team collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and analyze data to develop behavior intervention plans
  • Write and revise behavior intervention plans and progress reports
  • Train and supervise behavior technicians, providing ongoing feedback
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure service continuity
  • Communicate progress updates with families, schools, and other stakeholders
  • Attend staff meetings and engage in ongoing professional development
