La calidad, la cantidad, la frescura, el sabor y la presentación de nuestros productos tienen un impacto significativo en las percepciones que nuestros huéspedes tienen de Golden Corral. La persona de preparación de alimentos es responsable de la preparación (corte, corte, pelado, etc.) de todas las frutas y verduras frescas que se utilizan en Golden Corral. La frescura de nuestro Cold Choice Buffet hace una declaración de que nuestro buffet es fresco y de alta calidad.
Excelencia operativa:
Prepara los artículos de preparación de acuerdo con las especificaciones y recetas del producto Golden Corral.
Mantiene un inventario estándar de artículos de preparación de acuerdo con la Guía de producción de preparación y la Guía de producción de preparación de cocina de pantalla y actualiza las dos guías según las indicaciones de la dirección.
Garantiza un rendimiento óptimo de los productos durante el ciclo del producto.
Etiqueta, fecha y rota todos los productos a granel y los artículos preparados.
Garantiza que todos los alimentos estén en contenedores de almacenamiento cubiertos aprobados.
Uso completo y seguimiento del sistema de producción de buffet para garantizar el cumplimiento de la calidad y la vida útil.
Notifica al Gerente de cualquier discrepancia; por ejemplo, deterioro de los alimentos, errores de facturación, residuos excesivos o productos que no cumplen con las especificaciones.
Ayuda al asistente del buffet a mantener un buffet completo y limpio.
Limpieza:
Limpia, mantiene y organiza el área de preparación, incluidos los refrigeradores, el equipo y el almacenamiento en seco.
Realiza la lista de tareas y garantiza que se cumplan los estándares de limpieza, servicio y calidad.
Conoce y sigue las responsabilidades del puesto en lo que respecta a la entrega justo a tiempo.
Sigue las leyes locales del departamento de salud.
Servicio al cliente:
Realiza tareas administrativas y ayuda a los huéspedes durante los períodos de comidas.
