What we would like from our Service Tech:
  • To have a valid Driver’s License
  • Excellent Communication Skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent Time Management Skills, with flexibility
  • Ability to adhere to all company policies/procedures.
  • Have carpentry experience (Window & Door installation experience a plus)
  • Be able to identify and troubleshoot issues
  • Comfortable with bidding on a repair (listing what needs to be done, what materials are needed, and how long they expect it to take/how many people are needed)-this is something that can be learned as you go
  • Comfortable with technology
  • Comfortable with customers-explaining clearly what needs to be done and why.
  • Ability to determine warranty vs. non-warranty work.
Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $18-$25 per hour starting pay - based on experience
