Shift: 2nd Shift (4p-12:30a)

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Assists youth in modifying attitudes and behaviors, fostering self-understanding.

  • Ensures adherence to Individual Service Plans, point and level systems, and behavior mentorship plans.

  • Supervises and prioritizes the safety of youth during shifts and off-site activities.

  • Documents incidents and maintain accurate communication logs promptly.

  • Provides guidance, support, and positive role modeling in the milieu.

  • Engages in household responsibilities, contributing to a clean and organized environment.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent degree

  • Minimum of (1) year experience with youth in casework, human services, or related field, and/or equivalent education and experience.

  • A minimum of HS diploma plus 5 years of experience may be required by the funder

  • Fluency in a second language may be required.
