Compensation: $15.00-$18.00 Depending on Experience

Reports to: Store Manager

Experience Level: Customer Service required/ Auto Industry Experience preferred

Join our team at Sanel NAPA as an Counterperson As the primary point of contact for our customers, you'll be the friendly face of our retail store, assisting individuals with their automotive needs. Your responsibilities will include maintaining inventory records, ensuring timely delivery of parts, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all patrons, addressing inquiries and offering solutions for auto parts needs.
• Utilize your expertise to support team members and customers with product knowledge.
• Embrace a customer-centric approach in our dynamic retail environment.
• Operate various tools including computers, cash registers, and telephone systems effectively.
• Prioritize workplace safety and adhere to company protocols.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing our point-of-sale systems.
• Manage inventory and fulfill special orders promptly.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade school experience preferred.
• Previous experience in automotive parts or willingness to learn.
• MUST HAVE Valid driver's license/ clean motor vehicle record preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing requirements.
• Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and customer service excellence.
• Physical capability to lift and move various weights, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
