The AAE is required but not limited to the main responsibilities listed below:
- Assist senior account executives in identifying and prospecting potential clients through market research, cold calling, and networking.
- Support the development of sales strategies and tactics to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients, following company guidelines and pricing policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities in the CRM system.
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about the latest developments.
- Assist in negotiating and closing deals with clients, adhering to established sales targets and timelines.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills through training programs, workshops, and self-study.
Requirements:
- An associate or bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
- One or more years of sales experience.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Positive team player.
- Ability to meet established deadlines.
- Desire to advance within the sales department.
